To ensure your satisfaction, we do offer store credit which can be used towards a future purchase. Items must be returned within 7 days of the date package was delivered. All items must be returned to the address printed on shipping label. Willow J Boutique does not provide return shipping labels. Customers must cover return shipping fees.
Sale items are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE.

Once your payment is confirmed please allow 1-2 business days to ship out your package. All orders are processed (packaged) the same business day.
